Unless there is a problem in the supply of the products, the delivery time is 3 days at the latest under normal conditions.

Delivery time may be extended in case of climatic conditions, extraordinary situations regarding the cargo company and insufficient address information of the consumer.

When will the product I purchased be shipped?

Expressions such as "1-3 business days" specified during the shopping are the delivery times of the cargo company, and are the estimated average delivery times valid from the day we send it to the cargo. Our company aims to issue your orders on the same day as long as the product is in stock.

Is it possible to send the product I bought on two different dates as one shipment?

Combining the products you have purchased on two different dates in one cargo is not a general practice, and our members are definitely informed about possible products. Since the cargo holding and / or consolidation application can bring additional loads to the principle of offering you the most affordable products with the most suitable cargo price agreement and the lowest general expenses (personnel and storage), it is only possible in very special product conditions and information about this is announced to all our members.

Unfortunately, cargo consolidation is not possible except for these very special conditions.

With which shipping company will my product be sent?

The products you have purchased are sent with the contracted MNG KARGO.

What are your shipping charges?

The shipping fee for your purchases is fixed at 7 TL up to 100 TL. In the option of payment on delivery, cargo charges 5 TL. This fee is the money order / EFT fee made when the cargo companies transfer the product price from you to our account. We add this amount to the general total of your order amount manually.

If I buy one or more of the same product, is the shipping fee the same?

The maximum number of products that can be purchased at one time is specified in the "Product Information" section of each product. Whether you buy one of the same product or the maximum amount specified, you will pay one shipping fee. (7 TL)

For purchases more than 150 TL, the shipping fee is covered by our company.

Why do shipping charges differ for products?

Shipping costs may vary from product to product depending on factors such as product features, dimensions, weight, and sales policies. However, the shipping fee for all the products you purchase from our website has been fixed by our company and is determined as 7 TL up to 100 TL.

What does your Order is Preparing mean?

The "Shipping is Preparing" text in the Order Status field in the products listed in the "My Order History" section, which you will see in your order details after logging in to our site and after you receive the confirmation mail, means that the product has not yet been shipped, the day it will be shipped or is expected to be received by the cargo company.

How can I find out where my parcel is?

In order to find out where your cargo is, "Where is my cargo?" In the e-mail containing the information that your order has been shipped or in the products listed in the "My Order History" section you will see on your account menu after logging in to our site. You can use the link. The activation of this link can sometimes take 2-5 hours depending on the cargo company uploading the data to its database.

How many days after my product is shipped?

After your order is shipped under normal conditions, it will reach you within "1-3 working days". Internal malfunctions that may occur will be reported to you by e-mail. We apologize in advance for such inconveniences that we never wanted to happen.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the cargo company, but it can take 1-3 business days for the Aegean Region and 1-4 business days for Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia.

Some districts, towns and villages with a population below 25,000 and / or without MNG KARGO branches may be delivered on certain days of the week, so delivery times may be delayed to these locations.

Do you ship to TRNC?

No, we cannot ship to TRNC for now.

Do you ship abroad?

No. At this stage we have been shipping only within the borders of Turkey.

Can I come and buy the products?

Cargo arrived, but could not find anyone at my address. What should I do?

As a result of the agreement we have made with the cargo company, 2 visits will be made to your address at different times in order to deliver your cargo. If they cannot reach you as a result of both visits, they will contact you for a 3rd visit subject to an additional fee.
